Trade terms

Incoterms
Commonly used terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF can be discussed. The applicable term is agreed for each contract.
Payment terms
Payment methods such as advance payment, telegraphic transfer or letters of credit are agreed per order.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and other documents required by the destination country, as applicable.
